For funders, clinics & partners
Impact & Methodology
What the platform does today, how it protects users, and what it does not claim.
Housing instability & displacement
Social determinants of health
- 12-step displacement playbook across four time phases
- One-tap links to 211, HUD housing counselors, LawHelp.org, and the National Domestic Violence Hotline
- Private progress tracking per account
Behavioral health & crisis response
988 and acute crisis prevention
- 988 call/text access on every screen
- AI care matcher that only recommends official resources and escalates to 911/988 when risk is described
- Emergency crisis brief and expiring, revocable QR card for responders
Disability & chronic illness self-advocacy
Longitudinal documentation and navigation
- Daily pain, fatigue, mobility, sensory, and motor logs
- Printable functional progress report with summary statistics
- Document vault and emergency profile for care navigation
Privacy safeguards
- Every health record is tied to its owner's account; database rules block access by anyone else.
- No advertising or data-selling trackers.
- Emergency QR cards share only fields the user selects, expire automatically, and can be cancelled instantly.
- AI requests run on the server; contact details come from a fixed list of official resources, never from the AI.
Honest limits
- Not a substitute for emergency services and does not dispatch 911. In danger, call 911.
- Not medical, legal, or financial advice; does not diagnose or treat.
- Reports reflect self-reported data; clinicians and evaluators verify independently.
- Outcome data (usage, housing retention, crisis diversion) will be reported once pilot programs collect it.
Pilot scoping calculator
For clinics, coalitions and grant reviewers planning a pilot. Set your own numbers — results are simple arithmetic, not predictions.

Pilot commitment: participants never pay for core crisis tools. These figures are planning estimates from the numbers above. No results have been measured yet; any outcome (such as intake time or crisis diversion) would be measured during the pilot together with the partner.
