Terms of Service

Use, safety boundaries, AI limitations, and sharing responsibilities for The Byyonic Method. Draft for review.

Draft updated October 14, 2026 · English source

1. What this service provides

The Byyonic Method provides personal organization, emergency-planning, self-reported symptom tracking, communication scripts, grounding practices, and links to support resources. It is not a medical provider, therapist, lawyer, emergency dispatcher, or substitute for professional advice.

No clinical improvement, safety outcome, legal admissibility, funding, financial return, or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed. A hash attached to an export does not verify who created the original information or when an incident occurred.

2. Emergency and practice safety

The app is not monitored for emergencies and does not dispatch help. In immediate danger in the United States, call 911. For suicide or mental-health crisis support in the United States, call or text 988. Outside the United States, use your local emergency or crisis service.

Breathing and grounding exercises are optional. Stop if a practice increases distress, dizziness, or discomfort. Seek qualified support when needed; do not delay medical care because of app content.

3. Your account and information

Keep your sign-in information private and sign out on shared devices. Enter information accurately to the best of your knowledge. Do not upload or share information that you have no right to use, and avoid unnecessary personal details about other people.

The app records self-reported information; it does not verify diagnoses, events, contact availability, or every resource’s current eligibility. Review your saved records and exports before relying on or sharing them.

4. AI-generated text and translations

AI can misunderstand context, miss risks, or generate inaccurate advice. Pressure-tactic labels are suggestions, not findings of abuse, intent, or legal wrongdoing. Review every script before sending it, especially in employment, housing, legal, or safety situations.

Official resource links do not guarantee availability, eligibility, or a successful referral. Built-in translations may be incomplete or inaccurate. Confirm important health, legal, and safety information with a qualified professional or interpreter.

5. Sharing and exports

Emergency QR links expose your selected snapshot to anyone with the link until expiry or revocation. Share deliberately. Revocation does not withdraw copies previously saved by recipients.

You are responsible for choosing what to copy, download, print, or send. Exports are personal records, not certified clinical documents or legally authenticated evidence.

6. Responsible use

Do not use the service to threaten, harass, impersonate, invade privacy, distribute unlawful content, or access someone else’s records. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or disrupt the service.

Use of the service remains subject to applicable law. These draft terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

7. Availability and payments

Features may change or be temporarily unavailable, including AI features that depend on service availability and workspace credits. Keep an appropriate separate copy of information you need in an emergency.

These terms do not introduce a subscription or payment obligation. Any future paid offer must clearly state its price, billing frequency, cancellation process, and applicable refund terms before purchase.

8. Operator details and review

The service is operated as The Byyonic Method, based in Mississippi, United States. Questions about these terms can be sent to byyron@byyronology.com. Eligibility requirements and dispute, liability, and termination provisions still require legal review before these terms are adopted.

Read the Privacy Policy for current data-handling disclosures. This is an informational draft, not a claim that the app is legally ready for public registration.
