The Byyonic Method

Privacy Policy

How The Byyonic Method handles account details, saved records, AI requests, and shared emergency cards. Draft for review.

Draft updated October 14, 2026 · English source

Partner inquiries

When you send a partner inquiry, we store your name, email, organization, partnership interest, optional estimated participant count, message, contact consent, and submission timestamp in Lovable Cloud for partnership follow-up. These submissions are not publicly readable or available to other app users. Do not include patient information or medical records.

Contact byyron@byyronology.com for access, correction, or deletion requests. An inquiry does not enroll you in marketing emails or create a license agreement. A specific retention schedule for inquiries still requires operator and legal review.

1. Account information

Email/password registration and Google sign-in use Lovable Cloud authentication. The app reads your account identifier and email and saves your selected language as an account preference. Passwords are handled by the authentication service, not shown to other users.

Your browser stores sign-in session information and a language preference so you can stay signed in and use your selected language. On a shared device, sign out when finished.

2. Records you choose to save

Signed-in features can save emergency profile details, contacts, a crisis plan, uploaded vault documents, symptom logs, incident evidence entries, and practice or checklist progress. These may contain sensitive health and personal information. Only add information you want this service to handle.

Saved records use account-scoped access controls in Lovable Cloud. This is not a promise of end-to-end encryption or access solely by you: authorized service administration and infrastructure processing are separate from other users’ access. Security and legal compliance have not been independently certified by these pages.

3. AI analysis and resource matching

When you request The Well analysis or Care Directory matching, the submitted message, needs, and relevant context are sent through Lovable AI Gateway to an AI provider. This processing is not limited to your device. Do not include names, identifying details, or sensitive third-party information unless necessary.

The Well does not intentionally save your submitted message or generated replies as an app record. Its request asks the AI provider not to store the response. This does not establish zero retention across the gateway, provider, or operational systems; their retention and processing terms require review. The separate Evidence log stores only entries you explicitly save.

4. Emergency links and exports

Creating an emergency QR card saves a snapshot of only the fields you select. Anyone who obtains its link can read that snapshot until it expires or you revoke it. It is not a live view of your private records. Treat the QR code and its link as sensitive.

Revocation prevents future access through the app, but cannot erase screenshots, printed cards, or copies already made by a recipient. Downloaded, copied, shared, and printed reports leave the app’s access controls and must be protected by you.

5. Practices and built-in languages

Void Principle practice and reflection stay in the page’s temporary memory and are not submitted to AI or saved as health records. Leaving or reloading the page clears that temporary state.

Other practice and checklist features may save progress when you are signed in. Built-in language dictionaries translate supported interface phrases without sending each page to AI. New or untranslated phrases may remain in English; translations need human review for high-stakes use.

6. Service providers and external links

Lovable Cloud hosts account and record services; Lovable AI Gateway and AI providers process requested AI tasks; Google handles Google sign-in. External resource links, phone calls, and texts are handled by the relevant third-party service, under its own policies.

Hosting, authentication, and error-reporting systems may process technical information such as request information and error details. This draft does not promise the absence of operational logs. Exact provider retention, processing locations, and contractual safeguards must be confirmed before launch.

7. Retention, deletion, and your choices

You can choose whether to use account-based features, what to enter, what to export, and whether to create a public emergency snapshot. Features with delete controls allow you to remove individual records; active emergency links have a revoke control.

A complete self-service account-deletion flow is not currently provided. Backup deletion schedules and provider retention periods have not yet been confirmed. The operator must establish a working privacy contact and a process for access, correction, account deletion, and other applicable rights before public registration.

8. Contact and policy updates

This service is operated as The Byyonic Method, based in Mississippi, United States. For privacy questions, access, correction, or account-deletion requests, email byyron@byyronology.com.
